Nice staff from the management to the room cleaners, and provided a contemporary atmosphere. My room was reasonably spacious and stylish with a private terrace, juice, for example, and the check-out was late. As for me, the location was marvellous and beautiful, near all the impressive temples of Angkor, great restaurants, and the suburbs of Siem Riep. Meals were reasonably priced, and there was Explorer's Tales near the hotel.
